In the vibrant neighborhood of Willowdale East, Estelle Ave, our company originally acquired two lots. Recognizing the potential for enhancement, we worked with the city to have the lots severed into three which had helped in revitalizing the neighborhood.
Our services provided to clients included:
• Land Purchase: Secured 2 lots with great potential at amazing price
• Land Severance: Navigated the city’s approval process to divide the original lots into three.
• Design Services: Assisted clients with custom property designs.
• Permit Acquisition: Secured necessary permits for future homeowners.
• Real Estate Services: Managed the sale of the lots with permits to future homeowners.
While we didn’t manage the construction, our clients ended up building beautiful houses on the lands. This project not only brought new life to Estelle Ave but also significantly transformed the look of the neighborhood.
